Our privacy policy - November 2007
At Trust we collect
information about visitors to our web site for three reasons:
1. To help us to improve the services we offer you.
2. To provide specific services or information to you,
if you've asked for it.
3. To help us identify you, if you have registered or
left your email address on our web site, so that we can help you
quickly and efficiently.
We're committed to protecting your
privacy. Our policy is so simple we can summarise it in one
sentence. When we collect information from you, we'll
NEVER share that information with a third party without your permission.
Trust follows legal requirements and uses all reasonable precautions to
ensure your privacy and personal information remain protected and
secure. However there are some devious people out there, so
unfortunately we can't guarantee that someone won't infiltrate our
systems or steal our computers, however unlikely the chances. Please
note that if we're ordered by the police, our lawyers, or government
officers to provide them with details from our database, we're legally
obliged to do so.
If you'd like to know your legal rights, or want to know more about
data protection, we'd recommend a read through the full Data Protection
Act 1998. To view it, please click here.
