3. We don’t add commission to our suppliers’ or partners’ costs, because they do the work, not us. And we don’t charge you for meetings while you’re getting to know us, because we might not be the right people for you and we don't think you should have to pay to find that out.

4. We'll give you detailed estimates for everything we do, in advance, so you can decide exactly how and when to protect your business. Every estimate we produce will contain our full trading terms. And when you trust us with a your PAT testing, we guarantee our costs and our delivery schedules. So there’s no hidden extras or surprises.

5. We believe in being open, honest and accountable. That's why everything we do is driven by your business needs, and not ours.
